𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩*⋆✈Nagano𓂃 𓈒𓏸Nozawa Onsen Nozawa Onsen Distillery Nozawa Onsen Distillery was built by renovating a historic factory that once supported the village by canning and preserving vegetables and ingredients. Founded in 2021, this new facility was just completed in 2022 I enjoyed tasting gin. It's interesting because the taste changes just by changing the way you drink it, whether on the rocks or mixed with soda! The tasting room tends to get crowded, especially in winter, so it's recommended to make a reservation. I happened to be able to enter without a reservation, but after a while, group customers started coming in one after another 🥹👍 And the whiskey barrels lined up all over the wall are impressive!
