This is Japan's Navel Park Station on the JR Kakogawa Line in Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. The station is located right next to Japan's Navel Park, so it's very accessible. The Kakogawa Line has very few trains, so if you miss one, the next one will be an hour and a half later. There's nothing in particular apart from Japan's Navel Park, other than an art museum.
