#EnjoyJapan I had dinner at "Shimisaikan" in Saigo Village, Fukushima Prefecture! It's a restaurant loved by locals for its relaxed atmosphere that gives off the feeling of a traditional Chinese restaurant. This time I ordered chili shrimp and fried tofu with thickened sauce. The chili shrimp was plump and sweet, so it was fine even for those who don't like spicy food. The fried tofu with thickened sauce had crunchy and chewy noodles with plenty of filling...I enjoyed the different textures and was very satisfied! The chef is cooking by himself, so make sure you have plenty of time to go!
