Newly opened at Meitang Plaza in Xianlin! A wild mountain fusion restaurant! You can enjoy Sichuan, Guizhou, and Cantonese flavors 🥘 with plenty of spicy and non-spicy options. My friend and I casually ordered a few dishes, and the portions were substantial. No exaggeration, it exceeded our expectations!! Everything was delicious and not greasy at all. The dry pot beef was full of flavor ♨️ The beef slices were large, tender yet chewy, and the dry pot made them more flavorful as they cooked. The spice level was moderate - just this one dish could accompany 2 bowls of rice. The Linjiang eel strips were full of Sichuan flavor~ Tender, not fishy at all 😋 with that mouthwatering spicy and numbing taste that stimulates your appetite~ The asparagus, lily bulb, and yam stir-fried with shrimp balls was incredibly refreshing, The shrimp balls were large and bouncy 🍤 the lily bulbs were crisp and sweet, And I loved the yam and asparagus too! The Cantonese roast duck had crispy skin and tender meat 🍗 Dipped in plum sauce, it was sweet and sour, cutting through the richness - instantly transporting you to Lingnan! For dessert, be sure to order the mango pomelo sago 🥭 with mixed fruit ice cream and coconut milk. The ice cream balls mixed with fresh fruit pieces had the perfect sweetness level.
