The hotel also gave us two adult tickets to Sunac Land, which made it super convenient to visit the park. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to satisfy the kids' taste buds. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, with a lake for walking and cycling 🚲. - The room was huge, with a separate walk-in closet and bathroom, as well as a large terrace with stunning views 😍. We stayed in a balcony room with a direct view of the fountain, and the fountain show at night was breathtaking. The hotel facilities were complete, with good air conditioning, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, and free snacks. The kids loved the robot that delivered things 🤖. - The service here is worth mentioning 👍. The customer service staff were angels, contacting us before we left to ask about our arrival time and making all the arrangements. When we arrived, they were waiting at the door to greet us, which was very thoughtful. During our stay, we received daily reminders, and any issues were promptly addressed. - My sister and I also enjoyed a tea ceremony at the hotel, with fresh tea and snacks that were sweet and warming.
