Osaka Namba Gourmet 🐥 This is the best restaurant😋 You can enjoy two types of homemade noodles, "Hikigurumi Soba" with a smooth texture and "Inaka Soba" with extra thick noodles, made with buckwheat flour from Hokkaido‼︎ Personally, I prefer "Hikigurumi Soba", but I definitely recommend trying "Inaka Soba" which is chewy and satisfying😙 There are a wide variety of dipping sauces, and the single dishes are always delicious!
