Heavenly Island Retreat with Stellar Service

One of the larger island resorts in the Maldives， this place is a slice of paradise. We enjoyed 10 wonderful days， with staff who were incredibly attentive. The hotel is upgrading its rooms， and the new ones are pure luxury with a modern touch， private pools， and stylish outdoor showers. The older rooms seem a bit outdated and definitely need attention. From the updates already made， it's clear the resort will be stunning once complete. Past guest feedback about lengthy walks to the pool and restaurants has been addressed by offering numerous golf buggies for door-to-door transport. The dining options are extensive， mostly buffet-style， which might not be for everyone. The restaurant for water villa guests (Southern Star) was outstanding， offering a fantastic selection with super helpful staff who went above and beyond. The beaches were impeccably clean， and the gardens and trees were beautifully maintained. Sports facilities were top-notch， and towels were abundant， even at snorkeling spots at the jetty's end. The à la carte restaurants were of high quality. Going all-inclusive is highly recommended! Our host， Simna， was fantastic—keeping in touch daily and handling any issues expertly. The transfer from Male to the hotel was seamless， like a well-oiled machine. The pool staff were so accommodating， bringing us sun loungers， towels， and securing our belongings during unexpected showers. Overall， I highly recommend this hotel and island. The staff are tremendously friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
