[Osaka] Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park where you can enjoy a picnic while admiring the flowers

I visited Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park in early April. On this day, the nemophila flowers were blooming beautifully on the windmill hill, which is the highest point in the park!
