Laojiu Rice Noodles

#AprilGoodDestinations2025 After trying South American flavors for nearly ten days, I really want to go back to Chinese flavors. As soon as I got off the plane, I went straight to Laojiu Rice Noodles on the way back to Madison from Milwaukee. The shop is clean of course and feels friendly. What’s even more special is that the rows of water cups at the self-service bar are a long-lost taste of the times. We each ordered a bowl of rice noodles. The bowl was very big and the contents were as rich and full as the bowl. The rice noodles were also a big bowl. What I ordered was the rice noodle soup with collagen, which was just as its sign said: the soup was fresh and delicious. If I wasn't so full, I would really like to drink up the soup.
