Hiroshima Prefecture, Mihara City, Mitsugi Hachiman Shrine

#Sakura2024 It's a little-known spot, but it's a famous weeping cherry blossom spot known only to those in the know. The shrine itself is old, but it seems to be a historic and venerable shrine. There are few parking lots and it gets congested during cherry blossom season, but if you avoid lunchtime, you can enjoy the view at your leisure. It's less than 10 minutes from the Mihara-Kui IC on the highway, so if you're going by car, it's better to use the highway. The cherry blossoms in the temple grounds are nice, but I recommend the single weeping cherry tree near the old, dilapidated torii gate at the foot of the mountain. It's overwhelmingly beautiful when in full bloom. Surprisingly, many tourists miss it, so please check in advance before visiting.
