Miami Seaquarium

The dolphin and orca performances were impressive. However, overall, it felt like the prices were excessively high. I participated in the Dolphin Odyssey, and despite the participation fee being close to $240 including tax, I had to purchase a few printed photos and photo files for $95 (excluding the photobook package). There are few sea lions and seals. The aquarium has a limited variety of fish, and the surfaces are scratched, making it hard to see clearly, but the central dolphin main tank compensates for this drawback. The staff were all friendly. It's a nice smallish place to take the family for a couple of hours. The exhibits are well put together and there are tons of shows to see and interactive events for the kids to be involved in. It's mostly outdoor but they do have a nice inside exhibit containing a huge tank with a nurse shark and giant eel which is centered around the dolphin enclosure.
