In the past, rapeseed here was only considered a crop, known to the outside world as 'Menyuan Oil, Flowing Everywhere.' But unexpectedly, city dwellers now love rapeseed flowers so much that the government has taken advantage of the situation, mobilizing farmers to plant as much as possible, turning the vast fields of rapeseed flowers into an endless sea. The promotional phrases for the rapeseed flower sea in Menyuan, Qinghai are 'A Million Acres of Rapeseed Flower Sea,' 'Hundreds of Miles of Rapeseed Flower Sea,' and 'The Most Beautiful Rapeseed Flower Sea in the World.' No matter how exaggerated these claims are, they are not excessive. Imagine a county planting the same crop, and during the flowering season, how spectacular it would be. Moreover, this is a win-win industry, a profitable business, so why not do it? When the expressway passes through Menyuan, there are multiple viewing points on both sides of the road. Unfortunately, when we went, most of the rapeseed had been harvested, and we couldn't appreciate such a grand spectacle, which was very regrettable. There are many places in the country to view rapeseed flowers, but none are as breathtaking as the rapeseed flowers in Menyuan. In mid-July, the rapeseed flowers in Menyuan will bloom in full glory, with the flower scenery blending with the local blue sky, white clouds, high mountains, flowing water, forest sea, and grassland, creating a uniquely charming landscape that mesmerizes countless tourists.
