#malaccaguide First time staying at a family-friendly hotel and it was a great experience👍🏻 The room was clean, and you can request a crib in advance by calling ahead~ it's free🆓 The front desk staff were friendly and gave us cookies🍪 as soon as we entered the hotel. You can also leave your luggage🧳 There's a kids club for children to play, and my daughter had a blast😂 right next to the kids club is the pool🏊 There are other facilities too, like a sauna, gym, etc.… My 👶🏻 played for a long time in both places, so we didn't visit the other facilities😂 During check out, I asked for two cookies🍪 and two bottles of water, and the staff provided them without hesitation
