Marseille - Halfday Island Tour

#islandtours If you are in Marsellie you must have definitely heard about the prision island or if you have read the classic count of Monte cristo. This will interest you very much. It's a popular half day tour to the island. In my case I had the benefit of a Marseille card. And this boat ride is included in that. (By the ways on a side note, this Marseille pass is highly recommended as it not only includes the boat ride but also the petite train ride and 24 hours of public transport usage.) It's a wonderful fort and then the view all the way along was spectacular. You could easily spend half an hour or more at the fort. There is a beach too with rocks. The boat is every hour. At the site there is a cafe and restaurant as well. But the prices are terrible. I would recommend carrying something to eat and drink.
