#Overseas Travel A visit to the Zinciriye Medresesi School in Diyarbakir, Turkey, was an interesting experience. This magnificent archaeological landmark dates back to the 14th century and was once a center of education and religious studies. When I entered the school, the building’s magnificent architectural beauty took me by surprise. The overlapping arcades and bursting mosaic domes were dazzling. I explored the central courtyard and surrounding rooms, and it was amazing to imagine how the students lived and learned in this ancient place. Exploring this ancient school gave my trip a sense of Turkey’s rich Islamic heritage and history. It was fascinating to learn about this important archaeological site and dive into its rich history.
