Introduction to Raya Heritage Lobby and Grounds

The hotel has its own shuttle bus, so If you are moving from Old City, it might be okay to take the shuttle bus. When I said I was checking in, they guided me to the sofa in the middle and asked me to wait a moment. In the meantime, they prepared a welcome drink with lotus root and a cool wet towel. After cooling off with the wet towel, the staff came in order to greet me again.. (My staff member, the staff member who just checked me in, the staff member who was just passing by, etc.) After completing simple paperwork and check-in, the room was delayed, but because of the heat wave... they asked me to wait at the restaurant. After waiting for about 10 minutes, they told me that the room was ready, so I drank the remaining drinks, took the room, and then went to the room. The staff member followed me all the way to the room, and guided me in detail about even the smallest parts of the hotel. As I walked along the grassy path, I suddenly felt like I had become one with nature. The hotel grounds were all green, so it was fun to walk and watch. #HotelRecommendation
