The star chef's advanced dinner was so innovative and amazing!

The dinner I attended in Macao was really amazing! The elegant and noble decoration of Alain Ducasse at Morpheus in City of Dreams Macao made me more immersed in this "Two-Star Guest Chef Dinner" . The two protagonists of the dinner~ 1⃣️ is Stefano Bacchelli, Executive Chef of DA VITTORIO SHANGHAI, which has been awarded two Michelin stars and two Black Pearl diamonds in Shanghai 1⃣️ is Alican Dadayli, Executive Chef of Alain Ducasse at Morpheus The dishes prepared by the two chefs are innovative and delicious with a combination of Chinese and Western culinary styles! It really made me want to know more about each dish~ . * Mediterranean lobster, Jerusalem artichoke Big and high quality, very tasty! . * Slow-cooked fish maw, Italian porcini mushrooms A classic dish of the star chef, made with precious ingredients, with a lingering aroma~ It can be seen that each dish is very demanding! . * Beef tenderloin, smoked eggplant, red wine sauce The beef is tender and impeccable, with a smoky aroma and a faint red wine aroma~ .
