Tasting Macau Portuguese Cuisine Under the Canopy 'Rossie Event'

The Rossie Event used to offer a buffet restaurant, but now it has been transformed by hiring a professional chef into a Portuguese restaurant that combines 'traditional and modern' styles. The dining tables extend from the entrance of the restaurant to the canopy square, making the diners sitting outside feel as if they are in Europe. I don't eat Portuguese food, but I sincerely recommend it with a heart ❤️ 🌟 The journey of flavor must be complemented with the modern and chic interior design, ingeniously integrating the unpolished granite stones into the overall restaurant. Here are a few signature dishes we ordered: ✔️ Portuguese Appetizer Platter: Signature Clams with Lemon, incredibly delicious ✔️ African Chicken: A dish with a memorable point due to its heavy spices and rich coconut milk sauce ✔️ Portuguese Duck Rice: My favorite dish of the meal, with the duck fat fully integrated into the rice ✔️ Crispy Suckling Pig: Perfectly roasted crispy skin with a layer of lean meat mixed with a well-seasoned sauce, a must-order! ✔️ Cream (Cheese) Baked Codfish Cream Sauce with Mixed Seafood, surprisingly tasty ✔️ Dessert: Sawdust Pudding with a very rich caramel and milk flavor, the combination of the sawdust on top and the cake body below is truly like a first encounter 💯 The waiters are also very friendly, and the overall dining experience is very comfortable; when booking, we requested seats with a better view, and sitting under the canopy enjoying the food added a lot to the experience 💰 The average cost per person is 300+ MOP, with appetizers and side dishes all under 100 MOP
