The recommendation was really correct, the scallops were fresh and the sauce matched them very well. Beef Wellington This one doesn't have any special features. The black truffle flavor is very strong and the beef is very tender, but it just feels very ordinary when eaten. Not amazing. Fish and Chips Nothing special either. Roasted Pork Belly The meat is old and dry, not very tasty. The beans arrived alright. Sticky Toffee Pudding This is speechless. It's not the Japanese pudding I imagined, but more like a moist solid sponge cake, and it's still hot. The pudding is very different from what I imagined. The service is really good and enthusiastic, but it would be better if they could introduce the dishes when serving them.
