Zambian sky

What do I like most about Zambia? I would answer without hesitation: "The sky". I still remember walking out of the airport. There were no tall buildings blocking the view, so the view was very wide, which made me fall in love with the Zambian sky at once. Since Zambia's altitude is more than one thousand meters, the sky seems particularly low. Although it is low, it does not feel depressing. It seems like you can touch it by just tiptoeing, or hug a big piece of marshmallow by stretching out your hand. The sky here is sometimes like washed water, especially clean, especially clear, and blue without any impurities. It is like a huge azure gem, reflecting the beauty and mystery of the earth. The clouds are as light as feathers, floating quietly in the air, and wandering leisurely like sheep accompanied by the gentle breeze. I always like to stare at the sky in a daze, imagining about traveling in the thick clouds, swimming comfortably in the sky, riding the free wind, and going wherever I want to go. One day, I went to visit a friend’s house. It took more than two hours to drive from Lusaka. My friend’s house was at the foot of the mountain. The sky there is different from that in the city. The clouds in the sky are blown away by the wind, leaving only a thin layer, lightly reflected in the sky. There is white in the blue and blue in the white, it is so beautiful that it is refreshing. What surprised me most was that I saw the colorful clouds around the sun twice, and the time was very short, less than two minutes. It is the rainy season, ☀️peeked out from a dark cloud and gave the light of love to the surrounding clouds. The evening sky is equally joyful. There is no noise in the ears. Quietly, the colorful sunset fills the sky. It was getting late and we were driving on the way home accompanied by the gentle evening breeze. Recommendation: Since the ultraviolet rays in Zambia are very strong, be sure to wear sunglasses 🕶 to protect your eyes and wear sun-protective clothing.
