#weekendgetaways Old world charm is the best way to describe Bergen’s. I was impressed most of all with the center bar area which was relocated to this location from a previous location on Wilshire Boulevard. I believe in the 30s or 50s they have a background story there that can be read. Anthony Bourdain would call it a old man’s bar. However, the clientele is not all old L O L. I had the Irish cream which was delicious as well as a Casamigos reposado with lime. Our bartender, who is very professional and fun to talk to. Her drinks were amazing. At the moment they have a band until the end of August that plays outside. You would do well for yourself to go check it out !
