London | Enjoy the brilliant Japanese food this summer in London

It was my first time visiting the northern Eat Tokyo location, and I was surprised to find that they offer barbecue— and it was really good! We ordered a BBQ platter that included wagyu beef, kurobuta pork, duck, and more. The grill was super clean, and the smoke extractor worked really well—no lingering smell on our clothes afterward! Pig ears—what a surprise to find them here! They were sliced very thin and served with a creamy, salad-style sauce that was light and refreshing. The sashimi platter was great too: tuna, salmon, and sweet shrimp were all fresh and thickly cut—super satisfying! They also had fresh sea urchin, which was absolutely amazing! The oysters were seasoned with lemon and tasted really refreshing. The tomato salad dressing was especially well done and paired perfectly with the sashimi! The most unexpected highlight, though, was the ramen. The tonkotsu broth was incredibly rich and flavorful—almost like a soy-bean pork knuckle soup.
