One-stop, easy solo trip with kids to Tianmu Lake Hantian Resort

Where to take the kids for the May Day holiday? 🌴 Highly recommend Tianmu Lake Hantian Resort‼️ My friend picked this gem of a kid-friendly hotel. It's a one-stop shop, so even I can manage solo with my little one. 👌🏻 ✅ Hot springs ✅ Go-karts, horseback riding ✅ Children's play area Two days and one night is just right, but two nights would be even more relaxing~ 📍Tianmu Lake Hantian Resort 🚗Transportation ▫️Driving is the most convenient! 1.5 hours from Wuxi. ▫️Take the high-speed train to Liyang Station and then a 25-minute taxi ride. · ▪️Free shuttle buses within the resort can take you to any attraction. 🛏️Accommodation There are five hotels 🏨 within the Hantian Resort, all sharing facilities like hot springs and other activities. ✅We stayed in the main building with a great lake view.👍🏻 For little ones like mine, you can ask the hotel for a crib or bed rails for extra peace of mind. ❤️ 🌟Activities ♨️Banshan Hot Springs ✔️Don't forget your swimsuits! 🩱 Make sure the little ones have swim diapers. 🩲 ✔️There are various themed hot springs indoors and outdoors, such as the National Essence Pool, Red Wine Pool, and the Children's Ball Pit Pool. We soaked from day to night, and my child had a blast! ✔️We spent ages in the Children's Play Area Pool! It's perfect for kids, with shallow water, slides, 🛝 and ball pits. ✨Linghu Bay Amusement Park ✔️Go-karts: Experience the thrill of speed, but only for children over 1m tall. ✔️Horseback riding: 🏇🏻 Little ones can ride with an instructor. ✔️Trampoline park: 🧦 Remember to bring non-slip socks. ✔️Pine Cone Unpowered Playground: Climbing nets, slides, balance beams, and other unpowered facilities. ✔️Mini Farm next door: Feed rabbits 🐰, alpacas 🦙, and play in the sand. ☁️Cloud Top Viewing Platform Absolutely stunning‼️ You can overlook the entire Tianmu Lake. It's a great photo spot. 📸 There's a short uphill walk from the shuttle bus drop-off point, but it's stroller-accessible with no steps. 🕹️Main Building - Children's Play Area There's a free children's play area and game room on the sixth floor of the main building, so you can have fun without even leaving the hotel. 🍃Tea Picking A seasonal activity where kids can experience tea picking for the first time. It's quite novel. 🍱Dining 1️⃣Breakfast: On the first floor of the main building. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Chinese, Western, and light meals. 2️⃣Dinner: We had dinner at the Cantonese restaurant on the second floor of the Banshan Hot Springs. It was affordable, and we could go back upstairs for more hot spring time afterward. 📷Hotel Trip Moments One of the biggest regrets of traveling solo with a child is not being able to capture those precious moments together. But the hotel's Trip Moments service solves that perfectly! It's also a lifesaver for dads who don't know how to take pictures.
