Huangwei Mountain Scenic Area (Jincheng, Shanxi, 3A)

Huangwei Mountain is a unique and famous tourist attraction in the southern Taihang Mountains. It is located 25 km southeast of Lingchuan County, Jincheng, Shanxi, and covers an area of over 100 square kilometers. The area is geographically advantageous and easily accessible. Huangwei Mountain is known for its steep peaks, caves, ancient paths, waterfalls, canyons, and metasequoia forests. The forest coverage rate is over 90%, overlapping with the metasequoia nature reserve, and the unique geological landforms have been designated as a provincial geological park. According to the geographical location of the scenic area, it is divided into three major areas: Huangwei Mountain-Lingqiu Cave, Metasequoia Grand Canyon, and Baixing Ancient Road-Shili River Grand Canyon.
