Not Park Guell in Spain, but Lima

Lima in Peru🇵🇪 is the gateway to Machu Picchu travel. It would be a waste to visit just for a layover. As it is the capital, you should spend a day sightseeing even if it is the best. The old town of Lima is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with colonial architecture from the Spanish era remaining. San Francisco Church, Santo Domingo Church, Plaza de Armas, Lima Cathedral, and the Presidential Palace. Go to the new town to watch the sunset. At Plaza de Amor, there are benches like those in Park Güell in Spain.
