Leicester 🗺️

#leicestertrip Leicester was a hidden gem on my spring vacation! 🌸🏙️ The city has such a cool mix of history and modern life. My first stop was Leicester Cathedral, where I visited the tomb of King Richard III—super fascinating, and the entrance was free! Right next door, the King Richard III Visitor Centre (£10) gave an amazing deep dive into medieval history. For a more relaxed vibe, I wandered through Abbey Park, which was beautiful with its blooming flowers and peaceful river views. The Leicester Museum & Art Gallery (free entry!) had some great exhibitions, from ancient Egypt to Picasso. At night, the Golden Mile was the place to be—so many delicious Indian restaurants! 🍛
