A must-try cheese fondue in Switzerland!

This time I tried the famous Swiss cheese fondue at Brasserie Saint-Laurent. The menu of this restaurant is only in French. My friend and I shared a Fondue mollé-mollé (27.5CHF). This meal includes some potatoes and French bread. The main thing is to mix these ingredients in cheese. When the ingredients are covered with cheese, they can be eaten. The cheese has a strong flavor that goes well with the potatoes and bread, and it easily makes you feel full. In addition, we also ordered local apple juice (~3CHF), which was slightly bubbly and sweet, and is highly recommended! Finally, the restaurant even gave us a dessert to try. The surface of the dessert was covered with icing sugar. When we ate it, we found out it was an apple pie with lots of apple pieces in it. It tasted sweet and delicious. The restaurant uses wood for the walls, tables and chairs, and soft lighting to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere, suitable for dining with friends and family.
