Las Vegas French Restaurant L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon

Located in the MGM Hotel in Las Vegas, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is a Michelin 1-star French restaurant. It is the casual version of Joël Robuchon's restaurants and is also a famous French dining spot in cities like Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. As expected from the bread capital, France! The bread and butter were absolutely amazing. The bread itself was incredibly delicious. The first dish had a mousse-like texture, and it was a flavor I had never experienced before. Although I’m not usually a fan of French cuisine due to its strong aromas, the dishes at L'Atelier were truly delightful. It definitely felt worthy of its Michelin 1-star rating. I ordered the mini burger as an extra dish! Isn’t it adorable? 😂 However, it tasted just like a regular homemade burger. Even the fries, which were cutely presented, were less tasty than KFC fries... haha. I wouldn’t recommend ordering the burger. The main dish was steak, accompanied by mashed potatoes. These mashed potatoes are said to be famous, but honestly, I couldn’t understand why... Maybe it’s because I’m not a big fan of potatoes? This was my review of L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, a French restaurant in Las Vegas. While I had high expectations due to its Michelin 1-star status, I was a bit disappointed with the main steak. 😢 However, the other dishes were all excellent, visually appealing, and delicious. 😊
