Wat Bang Lamung

#thailandtrip Bang Lamung Temple An old temple, probably from the late Ayutthaya period. It was originally called Wat Wari Lom. Later the name was changed to Bang Lamung Temple. It is said that the heel tree in front of Luang Phor Kong's temple is King Taksin planted it. In addition to the old Usosatha, almost a hundred years old. The chapel is very beautiful, and foreigners like to come and admire it (Korean and Chinese tours all come in neat double-decker buses) to the point where it's hard to find Thai people. Temple with large open grounds. The newly build ordination hall is nicely decorated.
