A streetcar cafe where you can eat hanging straps

I went to the streetcar cafe in Umekoji Park! It was less than 5 minutes away from the Kyoto Railway Museum. You can eat on the train, but we ate outside because my kids might spill the shaved ice... Please note that the price for eating inside is slightly different from the price for eating outside. It was a great spot for train lovers!
