As I walked through the temple, I was greeted by ancient wooden gates and long corridors, with the faint scent of incense lingering in the air, giving it an old-world charm. The famous aqueduct bridge, spanning the temple's garden, seemed to transcend centuries, evoking a sense of solemnity and serenity. In this peaceful space, I couldn't help but slow down and reflect. The stone lanterns and ponds in the garden reflect the changing seasons, with every corner filled with Zen. Every inch of this land, every detail, seems to silently tell me that in this fast-paced world, occasionally slowing down and returning to inner peace is what truly matters. Day 2: Feeling the Pulse and Passion of the City On the second day, I ventured into the heart of Osaka—Namba District. The bustling and lively atmosphere here starkly contrasts with the tranquility of Nanzen-ji Temple from the previous day. Walking through the streets and alleys of Shinsaibashi, the bustling crowds, the myriad of shops, and the dazzling neon lights made me deeply feel Osaka's modernity and vitality. Whether it's the latest fashion trends or unique local snacks, every corner is filled with energy and surprises. Despite this, the tranquility of Nanzen-ji still echoed in my heart. This contrast made me realize that both the serene temples and the bustling city areas have their unique charm, and together, they form the complete picture of this city.
