#fallishere The Kiyomizu-dera Temple(清水寺) is undoubtedly one of Kyoto's most famous temples, and also being one of the most popular tourist destinations especially during autumn season, lushy maple leaves of the surrounding area turning into stunning colourful autumn foliage. In the evening, Kiyomizu-dera iconic wooden temple sitting amongst a sea of lit up autumn foliage is absolutely gorgeous, walking under the lit up colourful maple trees gives a much different atmosphere and experience. Highly recommended! Admission to the Kiyomizu-dera Temple is 400 yen for adults and 200 yen for students & under.
