A ramen restaurant in Kyoto that has been recommended by Michelin for many consecutive years

Menya Ichi (Ichi Ramen), located near Kawaramachi in Kyoto, is one of the must-eats on my list every time I go to Kyoto. This ramen restaurant has been recommended by Michelin for many consecutive years (from 2016 to 2023, only 2019 was not on the list). In addition to foreign tourists, this ramen restaurant also has a lot of local people queuing up. The store opens at 11:00, and when I arrived at 10:25, there were already about 10 people queuing up. Before the store opens, the staff will bring out the menu in advance for the customers in the queue to order. Every time I go to Inoichi Ramen, I must eat the white soy sauce soup noodles. This time we chose wagyu beef and pork as the meat. The soup base is refreshing, delicious and not greasy. There is also a little yuzu peel on the side. After adding it, the soup has more yuzu aroma. It is really delicious. I also ordered a portion of siu mai and a roast pork rice. The roast pork rice is different from before. It used to be thick pork belly, but now it is meat similar to ramen barbecued pork.
