A yakiniku restaurant that doesn't grill the meat?!

This is a new restaurant that opened in Gion, Kyoto this June. It's a yakiniku restaurant that doesn't even grill the meat! I went there wondering what that means, and the staff grilled all the meat at just the right time to eat it. I was able to eat the melting meat at the perfect doneness, which was absolutely delicious, and the sukiyaki with meat and egg on rice was also the best. . . I want to eat it again. The atmosphere of the restaurant is excellent, and you can have a Kyoto-like experience, so it's perfect for overseas customers!
