𓊔 𓊔 Last week, a friend took me to a newly opened beef specialty store in Kwun Tong - Niu Ba Wang. The decoration is very much in Japanese minimalist style, with many wabi-sabi and rattan elements, giving people a sense of comfort. The store staff also introduced their menu very enthusiastically. The main dish here is wagyu burgers, so of course you should order one to try. 𓊕 Hand-made Wagyu Hamburger Steak Rice Bowl $143 A must order! Limited quantity items available daily! The hand-baked wagyu burger steak is made from Australian wagyu beef, which has evenly distributed fat and a rich meat flavor. Maybe because it is hand-beaten, the meat is very elastic and every bite is full of beef flavor! The rice is made from Japanese Haruoka rice, and paired with Rano eggs produced in Oita Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan. The orange-red yolk has a tangible freshness. It is indeed a signature dish. The optional white miso sauce and Japanese pickles make the whole rice bowl more delicious. 𓊕 Teriyaki Chicken Rice $68 The Teriyaki Chicken Rice is also a high-quality dish. The chicken steak is cooked to perfection and the meat is still tender. The Japanese rice below absorbs the essence of the chicken juice. It is simple and delicious. 𓊕 White Peach Oolong +$15 The White Peach Oolong served in a Japanese cast iron kettle has a strong fruity aroma, clear tea color, and a sweet aftertaste without being astringent. It is also a top quality product. Kwun Tong is indeed a place of hidden talents. The newly opened shops put a lot of thought into the selection and cooking of ingredients and are worth a visit. There is another signature snack here - chicken skin dumplings.
