#springwander The only museum specialising in pears in Japan that introduces pears, which are Tottori specialties. The charm of pears is conveyed in various forms, such as exhibitions about pears, comparisons of pears, sweets using pears, the sale of souvenirs, and pear-making experience events. The highlight of the exhibition is the 20th century pear tree with a diameter of 20 metres. The fact that the tree is more than 70 years old, which has been bearing about 4,000 pears every year, is a masterpiece. In addition, the introductory exhibition of works featuring pears and the "Mysterious Garden" where you can enjoy the feeling of being in a pear garden as your body is getting smaller is also fun. In addition, depending on the time of year, you can also participate in pear-making experience events, such as fruit picking experience and small bag-hanging experience in early May, and harvesting experience (for a fee) in mid-September.
