JW Marriott hotel Kuala Lumpur

Wonderful hotel, older hotel but very nicely kept up. Carpets need to be replaced in a few hallways and rooms. Executive lounge a real plus to relax after a busy day out. Room: I truly appreciated the well-lit and newly clean room ambiance, which was conducive for work, and the added convenience of a dressing table inside the toilet for ladies. Location: The hotel’s strategic location is excellent for travelers without transportation, providing easy access to nearby shopping malls like Pavilion and Lot 10 within walking distance. However, the traffic along the main road in front of the hotel can be quite congested, potentially causing delays when entering or leaving. The hotel’s gym is impressive, with a large space and high ceilings. The swimming pool is also sizable, though it felt a bit odd that guests in the special poolside rooms could see and sit right outside the pool area. Additionally, the hotel’s direct connection to the Starhill shopping mall added a level of convenience that we greatly appreciated. What an amazing hotel.
