#malaysiatrip JW Marriott has been in Malaysia for decades by consistently giving their tip top butler service (to certain customers for selected room type) and of course their common hotel staff has fairly pleasant service quality too! We noticed this is one of the hotels in KL that offer lounge at their first floor, where you can see people dressed up for afternoon tea or unwind session.
