#kualalumpurhotels Mai, Azman, the GM and the entire restaurant/banquet team has been of great help this trip. We did a 3 days training using their conference room, plus dinner buffet, with up to 150pax in total, and the process was smooth and fuss-free. Mai in particular was such a joy to work with. She tried her very best in our request ever though she had a busy schedule, and came by on a Saturday evening to ensure our needs are met. Azman was always to check on cleanliness and the overall setup. There was a tall gentleman of Indian national (I think) who dresses in blue polo, he also helped with the cleaning, seat arrangement and topping up of drinks for the training. Even the GM came down to check which gave us a piece of mind. Of course, there's always room for improvement. Some points my team and I have noted are: Microphones needs to be updated as new batteries did not last past 2 hours, and there is a constant "popping" sound throughout the training. Sockets points on the floor of the conference rooms needs to be covered properly for safety reasons. Speed of the food top up during buffet can be faster and more prompt. Parking signage at the front entrance can be more visible as many of customers missed the hotel logo (especially the gold signage on sliver bars). Parking is not really sufficient. Some customers need to walk a distance before reaching the hotel lift. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this hotel thanks to the many people who had helped out.
