First on our list were the Polish pierogi—delicious dumplings filled with a variety of fillings. We particularly loved the ones stuffed with potatoes and cheese, as well as the meat-filled versions. Each serving was generous and hearty, with tender dough and flavorful fillings that simply melted in our mouths. We also couldn't overlook the schnitzel. This classic Polish dish quickly became a favorite among our group. With its crispy crust and juicy meat inside, served alongside creamy mashed potatoes, it was absolutely delightful! Each bite was a true pleasure that we still reminisce about. Mornings began with a hearty Christmas breakfast. We savored scrambled eggs with sausages and beans.
