The Kowloon City omakase is paired with care

I usually eat Thai food more when I go to Kowloon City, but this time I decided to eat more luxuriously and have omakase. $1380 plus one has fifteen dishes, the master has a detailed explanation of each dish, the decor is stylish. The music played in the shop is mainly Japanese songs from the 1980s and 1990s, because many of the hit songs have been adapted into Cantonese songs, which is quite friendly. Like seaweed made into pudding, traditional tea bowl steamed rice is served with lobster sauce and shark fin, which is more refined. The sashimi and sushi will be paired with different sauces to bring out more layers, like fried garlic with this bonito very typhoon-like. The portion of the seaweed hand roll was so much that I left my mouth. I've never tasted so much seaweed at once. I'm salivating just thinking about it.
