Kopi Ping Cafe

#kotakinabalutrip Food here is average. Tried several dishes including nasi lemak, kuey tiow goreng and siee mai dimsum but none of the dishes are outstanding enough as a signature dish. We received extra sambal (spicy gravy) for our nasi lemak dish which was good as the ones in the plate was very small in portion. Food presentation is average. The Kopi Ping was presented in a plastic bottle and with a plastic cup. Which looks opposite to the restaurant's image. Price are a bit in the expensive side. Customers are asked to queue at the counter to order and pay up front for the food, which for me is a bit too much for the price that was charged. The interior is similar to old school kopitiam but a bit modernized with two story eating area suitable for a family or group at the lower floor or a more intimate and small tables at the upper floor.
