The night before, stay at a hostel in Salzburg. In the morning, take the earliest bus at 06:35 (but it's recommended to check the bus schedule and familiarize yourself with the area the day before). After purchasing a single ticket, you'll arrive at Königssee in about 50 minutes. If you can force yourself to wake up early, taking the first boat to the Upper Lake area will be an absolute delight. However, keep in mind that once you enter the mountainous area, there will be no internet connection. Make sure to download maps in advance or follow the crowd.
