Dining at the Back Cat Guest Restaurant in Kinmen was truly an unforgettable experience! This reservation-only spot offers warm hospitality from the owner and delicious drinks that make you feel right at home. The adorable cats playing around the restaurant add a delightful touch to the dining experience, making it hard to resist interacting with them. We ordered the Florence-style stewed tripe, the signature seafood squid ink pasta, and a pizza. The squid ink pasta was packed with tender shrimp, clams, and squid, paired with fresh tomatoes, herbs, and lemon, creating a burst of flavor that lingers in your memory! Although the steak and Matsusaka pork looked tempting, their portions were too large for us to try this time—something to look forward to on our next visit! The overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, truly a paradise for food lovers!
