[Chiba] Tour of the Wakura Sake Brewery

We went on a tour of the Sadamotogura and Sakanakan sake brewery of Wakura Sake Brewery in Kimitsu, Chiba Prefecture! The staff carefully explained how sake is made, its history, and the characteristics of Wakura Sake Brewery, which was very educational. After the tour, you can sample many different types of sake, as you can see in the photo. They also sell original sweet sake made with tomatoes, so it's a spot that even non-alcohol drinkers can enjoy.
