The roasting process at Rumble is an art form, carried out with precision and professionalism. They utilize computer-controlled systems to ensure the temperature and roasting procedures are meticulously managed, guaranteeing the quality of their coffee. The shop manager introduced me to their festival mix – a unique blend of beans from Kenya, Colombia, and the extraordinary Geisha!!!! With coffee being a seasonal product, dependent on yearly harvests, this blend is a rare treat for the palate.
