After a long, steep climb in 32 degrees, we reached the view point of the glacier below mount Kazbeg. The route is clear and very busy. It can be difficult terrain at times, so walking boots and poles are advised. Climb time from the gergeti church was 2 1/2 hours and 1 1/2 hours descent. Very well worth the effort for amazing unrivalled views. #givethanks #givethanks
