Perfect picnic and evening spot in Kazan

Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is such a wonderful place for spring picnic of for just sitting on a grass and enjoying the view. We went there to have some snack outside but then decided to come in the evening and I highly recommend coming there in the evening as well because this wonderful building has beautiful lights.
