Siang Noodle Shop, Kamphaeng Phet

Location 321/1 Ratchadamnoen Road 1, Tambon Nai Mueang, Amphoe Mueang, Kamphaeng Phet Province Open daily from 08.00 - 15.00 hrs. An old noodle shop that has been with Kamphaeng Phet for over 80 years. The shop makes its own noodles and dumplings. The shop's signature menu is dry noodles with spicy salad, served with a full bowl of side dishes. There are boiled long beans, raw bean sprouts and fresh lime to add. I ordered pork satay to try. The pork was soft and a bit fatty. Delicious.
