I looked for a famous shop nearby, easy to get to, and didn't get lost. I found this shop. I left early in the morning. I didn't know which way to go, but I saw the Phrae City Wall. I went a little further and found a parking lot. There was a sign saying "Khueng Nam Keu"? The shop is right at the market sign. There were a lot of people eating there, so we ordered some to take back to our accommodation (a lot and it was delicious). As for the bowls and spoons, there is a 7-11 opposite the parking lot. P.S.
